“In my role as CIO, I am responsible for the smooth IT operations as well as for the strategic development of our IT landscape. To this end, I am constantly balancing new technologies and trends with the possibility of implementing them. Our focus here is on topics such as “digitalization”, “standardization” and “automation” – important, innovative fields that will not least contribute to SEAL Systems remaining successful and competitive in the future. This is another reason why my role is increasingly changing from pure CIO to “Trusted Advisor” for the internal departments as well as for the management.

Since 2022, as CPO, I am also responsible for the Operations department of SEAL Systems AG.
The colleagues of the department primarily take care of the installation of our software at the customer and the support of this. For SEAL Systems the customer is always in the focus. Therefore we have the claim to complete our customer projects to our and especially to our customer’s satisfaction. Even if we are specialists in our field, we have to develop constantly to provide our customers with the best possible service.

In addition to purely technical issues, I attach great importance to good leadership. That’s why it’s important to me, both as CIO and as CPO, that my colleagues can (continue to) develop both professionally and personally. In doing so, I am concerned with a continuous improvement process, with continuous learning and with implementing what I have learned in day-to-day practice.

I see myself as a guiding force in my roles and try to support our teams every day anew so that they can do their work more easily and efficiently.”
