PLOSSYS®
Output Engine
PLOSSYS® Output Engine is an enterprise output management platform. It is designed to reduce the efforts of enterprises for printing and information distribution to a minimum and to offer a maximum of security, availability, performance and transparency. It replaces many distributed print servers and application specific output solutions by just one application. As a multichannel information distribution platform it provides seamless and certified integrations into SAP and Windows and APIs for the integration into legacy applications for the input and supports any printer from any vendor and all important digital distribution channels at the output. The state of the art security architecture offers an end-to-end encryption for print data, the cloud native microservice architecture supports high performance output processing and availability above 99,99%. Central monitoring and administration interfaces provides an easy central management and full transparency of all output processes.

Distribution Engine
PLOSSYS® Distribution Engine provides an end-to-end digital distribution solution for documents. Independent of the source system, the documents are prepared and distributed via one or more digital distribution channels. Before distributing, documents can be optionally converted into neutral data formats like PDF/A, documents can be merged, stamps and watermarks with meta data can be added. Through its RestAPI, PLOSSYS® Distribution Engine can be easily integrated into any application, out of the box integrations for SAP®, Siemens Teamcenter® and PLOSSYS® Output Engine are available. PLOSSYS® Web Portal, E-Mail, Cryptshare, Kiteworks OneDrive and filesystem are standard distribution channels for PLOSSYS® Distribution Engine, Sharepoint, M-Files or Jaggaer can be provided as project specific solutions. All distribution and document preparation processes can be monitored centrally. Optionally, the distribution package can be archived within SAP for later retrievals.

Conversion Server
The Enterprise Conversion Server is SEAL Systems high-performance conversion engine, which executes all document conversion requirements throughout the corporation automatically. In many companies there are business processes for which file conversion is necessary or useful. Thousands of file conversions with different requirements can occur every day. E.g., you may need to convert all your documents to a consistent format before storing them in the archiving system, you may need watermarks and stamps on your documents before distributing or viewing them, or your documents may need to be digitally signed. Conversion procedures are often manual processes and therefore time consuming, with a quality that depends on the correct work of each user. The automation of such processes relieves users of tedious manual processes, safes time and increases the quality.
