On January 1, 2026, two members of the existing management team were appointed to the SEAL Systems Executive Board. With Thomas Wiesenbacher (CTO) and Sven Hartinger (CIO & CPO) we are deliberately focusing on continuity and internal expertise in corporate management.

Together with Michael Koch (CEO), Johannes Hesel (COO), and Hans Jürgen Meier (CFO), they form the expanded SEAL Systems management team. Both have held senior management positions at SEAL Systems for several years and have played a key role in shaping the company’s development during this time.
Thomas Wiesenbacher has been part of SEAL Systems since 2016 and continues to be responsible for the technology division on the Executive Board. The technology division develops and supports SEAL Systems’ software products and combines modern development methods with long-term maintenance of stable solutions as the basis for reliable use by customers.

As Chief Technology Officer, I am responsible for the high quality of our software products and solutions, which our customers have been using successfully for years and decades. I take care of aspects of long-term technology strategy as well as current market opportunities and challenges – be it AI, digitalization, or the specific threats posed by a rapidly changing geopolitical situation. My goal is to ensure that our customers always feel that their output processes are in good hands with SEAL Systems.“

Sven Hartinger joined SEAL Systems in 2019 and will continue to be responsible for operations as a member of the Executive Board. Operations combines implementation and service and supports customers from planning and installation to the ongoing operation of SEAL Systems solutions in their respective IT environments.

My focus is on closely aligning our IT strategy and security with the operational requirements of our customers. I ensure calmness and reliability while focusing on efficient, pragmatic processes. With the appointment of Thomas Wiesenbacher and Sven Hartinger to the Executive Board, SEAL Systems is recognizing their many years of successful collaboration, strengthening the basis for further strategic development, and at the same time laying the foundation for long-term stable succession planning.
