SEAL Systems’ Document Output Center for Teamcenter (DOC4TC) is this solution. DOC4TC provides the ability to convert hundreds, even thousands of files in bulk to neutral formats. It also enables Teamcenter users to place very important stamps and watermarks for compliance issues. Then users have the ability to publish multiple documents into single PDFs with a cover page, table of contents, page numbers and more. Finally they can swiftly distribute these now secure documents to customers and vendors sometimes without the click of a button. Launched manually or by Teamcenter workflows, DOC4TC enables safe, secure, and reliable conversions and distributions allowing your users to get on with more important work.
In the fast-paced world of 21st century manufacturing, companies are looking to be more nimble than ever. They need to react at a moment’s notice and be sure the information they disseminate is accurate, secure and delivered to the proper people and of course delivered on time. Product Lifecycle Management solutions such as Teamcenter have helped vastly in making sure the information is accurate, but it can be a very time-consuming process in many instances arranging, packaging and delivering sensitive documentation to Customers, Vendors, Partners and Regulatory Authorities.
SEAL Systems continued their long-standing relationship with Siemens and PLM World by sponsoring five separate Regional User Group Meetings during this past RUG season. Events in Utah, New York, Ohio, Michigan and Texas were sponsored by SEAL and had terrific attendance! Hundreds witnessed the latest Siemens PLM and Partners had to offer their CAD, CAM, CAE and PLM customers.
Every year in January SEAL Systems offers the opportunity for customers to give their feedback. Within a scale of 1 (= very satisfied) top 5 (= not acceptabel) the services and products can be judged. Questions about the service, project office, development, sales and administration were asked. The customer could also evaluate , how important they consider service areas.
