From December 24, 2018 to January 6, 2019 many SEAL Systems employees will be on Christmas vacation. Nevertheless, a technical contact person will be available for you on weekdays for any urgent questions. To contact, follow the usual steps on our contact page. On Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, support will be available until 12:30 pm. If you would like to make more extensive adjustments to your system during this time, please clarify in advance with your technical contact to what extent he or a representative can be available. For our 24/7 customers these restrictions certainly do not apply. With a 24/7 contract, which is available for a moderate surcharge, we are at your disposal day and night.
Please consider the availability of the SEAL Systems support during the turn of the year. Between 27.12.2017 including 7.1.2018 some SEAL Systems employees are on Christmas holiday. Nevertheless there will be a technical contact person on the working days (not on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve) for important questions. If you consider to make larger adaptions on your software or hardware systems please inform your SEAL Systems technical contact person before.

do you have the impression that the year 2016 passed very quickly? For us at SEAL Systems we felt this year was an incredibly rapaid one. We have developed PLOSSYS 5 ready for the market, we created Corporate Conversion Server, we worked on the digital production4SAP, we relaunched our homepage and we ran our customer meeting - and shortly it was December. Now it is time to slow down a little bit and bring this year to a close with some rest.
