Support Availability During the Holidays

Dear Customers,

From December 23 to January 6, many SEAL Systems employees will be on vacation.

Nevertheless, a technical contact person will be available for you on working days for all urgent questions under the known contact options.

On Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, the support is available until 12:30 am. If you would like to make more extensive adjustments to your system during this time, please check with your technical contact in advance to what extent he or a substitute can be available.

Of course, these restrictions do not apply to our 24/7 customers. With a 24/7 contract, which is available for a moderate surcharge, we are available for you day and night.
