From Our Home Office to Yours

by Johannes Hesel

For the past two weeks, SEAL Systems employees worldwide have been working from their home offices. And many of our customers and partners have also moved to the home office. Here is our report on how everything is going.

It works amazingly well!

First of all, we would like to thank all our customers, partners, and employees. Everyone is doing their best to ensure smooth cooperation even in these times – and it works very well! For our customers and us, the fact that we have made targeted investments in the restructuring of our infrastructure in recent years has paid off. This was the only way we were able to make the transfer to the home office within a few hours without compromising delivery or service quality.

Whether new installation, the continuation of an existing installation, support requests, go-live support, customer inquiries to the sales department,  … all this works just as well from home as from the company. We can assure you that we can and will fulfill all the services we have promised you.

Digitalization and automation deficits are now becoming visible

We feel validated in our decision to consistently focus on the digitalization of our processes and the outsourcing of applications to the cloud. And we feel that our product and service strategy are more important now than ever. Our processes have supported our customers’ automation and digitization processes for many years. We are the first provider of a corporate output management platform that was developed entirely for a cloud architecture. We also offer our customers a wide range of services so that they can flexibly outsource work to us. Perhaps now is also the right time to optimize processes that had not been given attention before. Now digitalization and automation deficits are becoming visible everywhere!

Of course, we hope that you will find cooperation with us as smoothly as we do. If you have any questions, suggestions or wishes in this regard, please contact your SEAL Systems contact person directly or send us an email to info@sealsystems.com.

Keep well!

The most important thing at the end: So far nobody at SEAL Systems is directly affected by the coronavirus, and we do not know any customer or partner where this is the case. We hope and wish that this will remain so. Take care and stay healthy!
