Cooperation in Times of COVID-19

Special times require special measures. SEAL Systems has decided that all employees will work from home from now on until further notice. With this, we want to support the necessary efforts to stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus and protect our employees and society.

 

What does that mean for you?

    • If you are in the process of installing or planning an installation?
      Our infrastructure enables us to maintain the service to our customers with our usual high quality. Installations are now almost exclusively remote. Access to all services on our backend infrastructure is guaranteed for all employees. So it does not change anything for you whether the colleague carries out the installation at your site from his/her office at home or from the company.
    • If you need support for your installation as part of maintenance?
      Our support team is generally best reached via the JIRA account of your company. Support requests submitted via JIRA can generally be processed faster and more professionally than support requests submitted by e-mail. Especially now, when our support team is no longer sitting together in one office, creating a JIRA ticket ensures that the next free colleague from our team will deal with your request. Of course, you can still reach our team via support@sealsystems.com.
    • If you have a sales question?
      Contact the account manager responsible for you. They usually have the contact details of our sales staff. You can reach the colleagues by phone and of course via e-mail.
    • If you have arranged an appointment on-site with one of our employees?
      Our colleague will contact you and either postpone the planned appointment or arrange a remote appointment with you. The latter is possible in almost all cases and should certainly be used more often. Please understand that we will not be making any more business trips until further notice.

SEAL Systems is prepared to deliver first-class service despite these difficult circumstances. We will do our best to keep it that way and trust in your understanding during this time.
