SEAL Systems training

SEAL Systems offers training for all customers. It is recommended for all users, who work with SEAL Systems SAP Integrations and PLOSSYS® netdome.

The two courses Output Management System PLOSSYS netdome (ATRA 1) and SAP Integration DMSREPRO and Viewserver (ATRA 2) are recommended as administrator basic training.

All courses can be booked as single courses!

Number of participators
The course will be held with a maximum of eight persons. The limit number of attendees for leading a course is four participants. Therefore, the first three registrations are confirmed conditionally. As soon as the number of participants is higher than three, the final confirmation will be done.

Training location
Usually the training is at SEAL Systems in Röttenbach. Alternatively the training can be held at the customers place, if there is appropriate room available.

Training method
Short theory lessons and extensive practise exercises are performed on a free configurable test system.

Preconditions

• Knowledge of Windows/System, Office applications,
• SAP/DMS knowledge (ideally also customizing).

Target groups

• Process accountables for SAP/DMS, document management conversion,
• System accountables for PLOSSYS® netdome/DMSREPRO installations,
• Key user or hotline staff members, who advise other users.

Attendance fee
The cost for one course is 500 Euro plus value added tax. This fee covers beverage and two dinners. With booking of more courses at a time:

Cancellation
1. The customer can appoint substitutional participants any time until beginning of the course. Changes in connection with this are not charged.

2. At cancellation of the subscription, longer than two weeks before the beginning of the course, the fees are paid back. In this case the date of the postage stamping or the eMail is considered. The withdrawal has to be made in written form. If the registration is done later than two weeks before the course, there is no pay back possible. This is also due to the case of non appearance.
