Publishing solutions from SEAL Systems are document orientated at output. New target documents can be generated from single or multiple source documents which contain inherited elements. The target document contains the new structure, layout and navigation.

Depending on the chosen output format or medium, the target document can be automatically split into as many sub-documents as required.

Publishing processes for SAP

The publishing process is initiated in the SAP system. All document relevant information is then collected and transferred to the correct Direct Publishing server through the use of user-definable selection criteria. 

SEAL Systems has 20 Standardized Collection Transactions for search and identification of process and product related documents.

The Direct Publishing server prepares the data and documents and compiles them into a complete packet.

SEAL Systems has developed SAP interfaces for two wide-spread editing and catalog systems:

With Direct Transmittal Delivery from SEAL Systems, transmittals can be created, managed and watched directly in the SAP DMS without any further management and transport tools.

DPF4Publish is a publishing solution which can be used in the PDM, PLM, and DMS solutions of various suppliers by using a standardized interface. The interface format can be either XML or RLI.
