The document and its supporting information can be viewed throughout the process. User-definable data obtained from SAP is displayed during the stamp-before-view process. Thus, important information for document controlling is available when viewed or when printed.

The software provides pre-configured templates for SAP DMS and SAP PLM to accommodate easy data transfer from SAP.

Signature page as an add-on – release and log information is dynamically added to the orgininal document as an additional page in a seqenced order.

The user can define their own stamping requirements by using the stamp function in gXconvert.
