DOC4TC can become a high-performance publishing solution if you need to merge your own documents with files from multiple suppliers into a compound output document. In doing so, DOC4TC processes documents stored inside the product structure or managed by the content-management-module of Teamcenter®.

 Preparing the documentation involves the following tasks:

• Collection of document lists out of Teamcenter®
• Retrieval of necessary meta data for publishing
• Conversion of documents and data into the desired target format
• Stamping and watermarking
• Merging of the single documents to a single packet 
• Adaptation of documentation to your corporate layout style
• Building of table of contents
• Generation of hotspots/bookmarks including corresponding links

After the structure is complete, the designated output format is created:

• Paper: paper piles are automatically collected in the appropriate file size. Every file contains the suited contents. The spine labels for the files can be printed as an option.
• PDF: Finished PDF document with links, contents and navigation structures. If required, burned and with label on CD/DVD by a burning robot.
• WEB: Generation of navigation structures. The documents and drawings are attached into the structure using the customer's layout.
