Before distribution occurs, DOC4TC has the capabilities dynamically add stamps or watermarks to the final packet. This includes information stored in Teamcenter®, identified from structure information or data from the document itself. That also includes information from the printing process (i.e. who, when, where) or any static elements like logos, graphics or text is supported.

Output on windows printer is a standard feature in DOC4TC. Whether for single documents or larger document lists, printing is automated without any manual interaction.

For enhanced printing or distribution, DOC4TC can be completed to an output management system with PLOSSYS® netdome by SEAL Systems. PLOSSYS® covers requirements from a small solution for windows printing, to a wider spread solution for corporate output management:

• Input filters for all standard data and file formats
• Output on printers/plotters and digital distribution
• Device independent preprocessing
• Set collation – simpler sorting and distribution by using banner and trailer pages with set collation jobs
