PLOSSYS netdome replaces the SAP spool output with an external output management. The print data generation is not performed on the SAP application server.

SAP print programs generate a compact neutral format (SAPGOF – Generic Output Format, also PDF).  This format is transferred with the certified standard interface BC-XOM (Business Connector External Output Management) to the PLOSSYS server where the device-specific print data generation is done.

This method has some important advantages:
