SAP® interface for spare parts catalog

The new PPSAPConnector of the PARTS-PUBLISHER for SAP enables the integrated spare parts solution.

One sinlge mouse click is enough for fully automatic generation of CD, DVD, print and internet catalogs directly from SAP. In addition to the self running, fully automated catalog generation by using the automation interface for PARTS-Publisher, semi-automated solutions with manual interactions are possible.

The catalog generation is started in SAP manually, event controlled or in relation to a job. All data can be used or only certain parts (ex. for machines of a year). As a starting scenery, all components of the well-proven SEAL Systems structure can be used: bill of material, customer order, change order, functional location and more.

After this, the selection of the desired catalog media is done (CD, DVD, Print, Internet). Hotspots - areas within graphics with links in it - are generated. The next step is the transfer of all necessary data and files (bill of material, drawings, documents) to the spare parts catalog software PARTS PUBLISHER. The complete catalog generation can now be done automaticlly.
