The Project Office provides professional services in connection with Document Output Management.

Requirement Analysis and Specification
With SEAL Systems project methods the requirements of a project are determined together with the customer and put down in a specification.

Installation - Start up - Acceptance
Fast implementation periods save project resources of the customer and are essential for the success of a project. SEAL Systems has gained experiences with many sophisticated integrations and solutions in more than 800 projects worldwide.

Instruction and Training
An initial briefing is part of every start up task. Additionally we offer further training in our training rooms or in-house at the customer's place.

Service - Support - Hotline
When signing a software maintenance contract services are provided involving rapid help with malfunctions and system operation methods. Every customer has a defined contact person in the SEAL Project Office. Additionally there is a hotline service. The SEAL Systems Service is always highly rated at the annual quality control questionnaire.

Project related Developments
If there is a need to enhance or change product standards within a special solution, we can implement extensive development work. All delivery platforms and environments are available at SEAL Systems in the latest versions.

More than 30 qualified and experienced project engineers are ready for complex project services.

• SAP consulting services around SAP DVS. Many SEAL Systems team members are certified as consultants for SAP. SEAL Systems has a team of SAP developers.
• Development and implementation of archiving solutions around the technical document.
• Development standards JAVA and C++.
• Implementation platforms: Windows, Linux, AIX, HP-UX, Solaris, IRIX.
• Experiences on integration of all common CAD systems at output and conversion processes.
• Long-time integration experiences at implementation and configuration with high-end large and small format printers of all manufacturers, brands and models.
• Training facilities in separate rooms for up to eight persons on modern equipment.
• All project engineers are progressively trained on in-house courses and external education actions.
• Projects at fixed price and tool supported time recording with efforts-oriented accounting.
