FDA validation made easy
A signature page is a file with one or more pages, who are generated from SAP data. Generally the signature page consists of a header area with a number of lines, which contain the basic data and features of the document. The second area is configurable and contains a list of signatures and/or process data.

Product features
- Layout definition with SAP Smartforms
- Adding of a signature page to the original document
- Configuration dialog for: name of Smartform, function module for getting the data, insert position, target format
- Implementation in DPF technology from SEAL Systems (Digital Process Factory®)

- at conversion into long term format (static signature page)
- at viewing/monitor displaying (dynamic signature page)
- at printing (dynamic signature page)
System requirements
- SAP R/3 ab 4.6c
- DVS-CRFC ( Konvertierungsintegration)
- DVS-VWS (Viewerintegration)
- DVS-RPRO2, DVS-RGUI (Druckausgabe)
Experiences with many projects
In many projects, SEAL Systems has successfully implemented solutions for validate document distribution processes. With this module, FDA conform methods can be mapped as standard processes. In the Health Care sector, SAP DMS has turned out to be a well suited document management system. This solution is the right tool for many advisement and implementation standards.
