Corporate Output Management means: One output management system for all applications – business, engineering, and network. Now the business printing functionality for the SAP ERP integration from SEAL Systems was certified.

The BC-XOM interface (Business Connector for External Output Management) is a standard for connecting enterprise print solutions to SAP. With the new certification issue the functional completeness and conformity was tested and acknowledged. The bi-directional interface enables the print job transfer to the output server and feedback messages of job and device status into SAP.

With output management from SEAL Systems, print from SAPscript, SmartForms, and Adobe Interactive Forms can be device-independent performed and enterprise-wide distributed to printers of all manufacturers, brands, and models. With this the development and maintenance efforts are significantly reduced and the costs for administration and helpdesk can be brought down.

As a feature also the corporate output of forms and documents can be organized. The file-based documents can be stored in different SAP repositories as, for example DMS, Records Management or GOS. The documents are automatically collected via pre-configured Transactions.
