Improved again
eMail output

	With output management solutions from SEAL Systems documents can be printed or electronically distributed. Now there is a new verson for eMail transmission. Single jobs, set collation orders, graphics and texts are sent as an attachment of an eMail.
	File formats Long term formats (TIFF, PDF) and native application formats.
	Summary All PDF documents are concatenated to a single summary (CONCAT). Only multipage documents are summarized (MULTICONTACT). Each page is singly attached (NONE).
	Encoding For each PDF document a codification can be activated.
	Compression ZIP encoding for all attachments. ZIP encoding for single files.
	Splitting If all files together extend a setable maximum size, the files are splitted into several eMails. If one single file extends this size, it is not sent. A breakup into several volumes is not possible because of project specific reasons.
	User functions There are three User Exits for programming project specific system behaviour (pre compression, pre transmission, after transmission).
	Error mail Return message to a defined address.
	Configuration Presets for sender, recipient, subject, CC, BCC, compression and encoding on/off, alternative file names, message of sender. These parameter can be dynamically overwritten for each job.

With this eMail Connector an ubiquitous configurable driver for PLOSSYS netdome and gXconvert is available. With this this distribution method is as easy as printing. And it is usable for all sources: Office and CAD, PDF, PLM, DMS, and SAP. MultiSource Input and MultiChannel Output with SEAL Systems.
