SEAL Systems is a member of the VOI. Founded in 1987, the VOI represents the majority of suppliers in the Enterprise Content-Management (ECM) and Document Management System (DMS) industry in Germany.

The term "Output Management" is used in various contexts throughout the IT industry including the field of output management suppliers. This is causing misunderstandings between suppliers and customers when communicating for business.
The Competence Center Output Management has the ability to support suppliers and customers in this industry and develop bidirectional communication. Additionally, a more enhanced profile will be provided for this market segment.
Goals of the Competence Center
User support through:
- Compilation and provision of check lists, recommendations and decision support for users
- Promotion of communication between users and suppliers through the provision of an expert´s network
Supplier support through:
- Organization of workshops, trade shows and lectures
- Provision of papers and case studies
- Promotion of communication between suppliers
- Market analysis
- Coordination regarding interface topics with other work groups and competence centers (i.e. compliance, standards, post processing etc.)
