For more than 15 years, SEAL Systems has offered conversion servers for the document management system DMS for SAP. According to customer feedback, The features have been steadily enhancing in functionality and performance. 

The newest addition includes an option for multi conversion. This process results in a complete, bundled document.

The conversion method, MULTIKONV creates a seperate conversion environment for each conversion process that may occur. When all single documents are converted, the final packet can be bundled in a sequenced packet with more conversion options available. For instance, stamps and watermarks with continuous page numbering can be added.

The conversion process compiles all listed original documents from an information set and the final packet is given a specific name. Then to insure accuracy and security, each document is compared to the appropriate information set.

An application case: As a part of a component description different documents and files are collected in a special information set. After the above described conversion process, a complete packet of all the documents is created.
