Evaluation Poll Results-2011
A positive year for SEAL Systems

Every year in January or February SEAL Systems offers its customers the opportunity to give their feedback. On a scale of 1 (very satisfied) to 5 (not acceptable) services and products were evaluated. The questions covered different topics such as services, project office, development, sales, and administration. In addition, our customers were given the chance to make a statement about the importance of certian service areas. At the end of the poll, questions on suggestions about SEAL Systems as an enterprise were given as a optional choice, which many customers participated in as a whole(recommendation rate, innovation capability, …).

100 hundred customers participated in the evaluation of our services with an average scorof 1.99.

The poll was evaluated seperated by sales regions.

In addition to the fixed questions, all participants had the opportunity to express their opinion with statements for acceptance, critisism, and suggestions for improvement. Here are some statements from USA, Brazil, Australia, and France that we are pleased to share and highlight areas that we need to make adjustments.

  • SEAL Systems products require very little administrative overhead and are remarkably stable.
  • We found SEAL Systems very professional and their product is very good.
  • Support Website is difficult to navigate.
  • We like the robustness of the software.
  • Little delay in project completion.
  • The SEAL Systems service has role-model status. Other companies could learn from them.

Winners are determined

All participants entered into a drawing for a thermos branded by SEAL Systems.  Six names were drawn:

  • J. Bader, KION IMS GmbH
  • M. Lohmiller, Bosch Rexroth
  • Chr. Riffle, Nordam Inc.
  • M. Trapp, Siemens AG
  • W. Ziefle, Homag GmbH

Congratulations and thanks you to all other participants involved.

Angela Strauß, responsible for quality management at SEAL Systems stated, "This year the response quote was declining in the German speaking countries. We haven’t yet an explanation for this."

The numbers prove that subsidiaries in France, Australia, and U.S.A. have considerably improved. Furthermore, they have improved in areas which were determined as very important by our customers: installation service and hotline support.

"For several years we were determined below average concerning information about new versions and products. Therefore, we have asked all customers for registration to certain mailing lists for release information.“

An evaluation of the poll is ready for download on our password-protected Service pages at the homepage for all registered SEAL Systems customers (password necessary). There is also the possibility to register for product information.
