The Erlangen-Höchstadt county in Germany has awarded SEAL Systems with the "Integration Medal 2011" based on SEALS integration of handicapped persons.
According to the district administrator Eberhard Irlinger, the award is an appreciation for companies showing exemplary commitment in offering employment and integration for handicapped people. This means an important contribution for integrating handicapped people into the work force and participating in society.
The award was presented in a small ceremony in Höchstadt. Authorized representative Angela Strauß, stated: "The integration of our new employee took place in close co-operation with the non-profit association Access GmbH. Access has done great service in the qualifying and mediation of handicapped persons into the working life. We are glad about the award and we want to encourage other companies to follow us and integrate and hire handicapped persons.“
