SEAL System has more than 20 different standard transactions for searching and distributing documents with business processes and SAP objects. The documents found can be output in one single process step or it can require attached SAP documents.
Now there is a new basic version 3.3.1.1 for the collecting processes. The highlights are
- Production Tools and the work plan of a production or maintenance order can be determined.
- Operations can be selected by the operation number, by the work place and/or the control key number.
- With a new language parameter language dependent short texts for documents and materials as well as the document status can be identified in the selected language.
- Addition of static documents for an output: With certain processes, like the output of an order, it can be useful to output some documents consistantly, for example terms and conditions. This requirement can be implemented now through configuration.
- All modules run under ECC 6.0 EhP4.
- Message Control
Forms (Smart Form or SAPscript), which are not stored in the archive can be printed with SEAL Systems solutions without adapting the standard SAP print program.
- Alternative Explosion
For the structure explosions PUR (Order) and REQ (Order Request) a different structure explosion module can be used instead of bill of material explosion, according to the item category of the order items.
